Scouse indie crooner Brad stank began releasing music in 2017. As a fan of his home's music scene, he explains that "Liverpool's very diverse in its musical output so there's not one scene in particular." His new record Kinky Om is out now via Heist or Hit and features collaborators Ryshon Jones - a Phili rapper and Gal Go - a london-based Argentinian musician who has played in King Krule's live band. Album track 'Ah Hum' is very Mac Demarco. It features heavily phased guitar and gentle drumming. Slide guitar and trumpet give this slow burner a 1950's Hawaiian vibe. It's very slow and chilled...in alignment with his reaching of enlightenment, where Brad explained "Kerouac once said, 'Practise kindness to everybody and you will realise you're already in heaven.'" -Ellie Rose-Davies
